3. Subscription Plans

a. Subscription Model

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly/annual).
• Fees, features, and limits are outlined on our pricing page.
• You authorize recurring payments until cancellation.

b. Billing

• Payments are processed via Payoneer. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• Taxes (e.g., VAT) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

c. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds for partial months or unused periods unless required by law.

d. Free Trials

Free trials are free of charge if your request is accepted by our team. Please note that we have limited number of trials spots and we reserve the right to accept or reject trials requests, without the obligations of deliverying the reasons.

4. User Obligations

a. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

• By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your Content solely to operate the Service.

• Upon termination, your access to the Service and Content will cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 1 month preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkeyie.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkeyie.
